My dad used to play this all the time when I was growing up. We were both introduced to Fela by our Tanzanian friend who ran a bookstore a few blocks from our house. He played this for us one day and we were both hooked. You can't listen to Fela and not move. Physically impossible.

Loved this song growing up! We played and danced to Fela for hours on end but for some reason this is one of the songs that always stuck out prominently until I grew up and started seeking Fela's music on my own. Great choice for the inaugural Fela Friday!
