		<description>Niiiice! I never guessed the filling would be efo riro, but it makes sense somehow. I love me some efo riro; I could eat bowls of the stuff. I&#039;ve never tried my hand at making a batch though...I think my mom uses um...swiss chard as the vegetable. I may try it with spinach. Thanks for sharing your recipe...I was always curious when you&#039;d mention it on twitter!
